Hand driven SKF compact cross tables are made out of eloxated aluminium and are available with through hole, locking device and micrometer screws. Precision rails with crossed rollers (Anti cagecreeping system ACS on demand) lead to a high stiffness and guiding accuracy (3µm/50mm). They are used for measurement applications and positioning of microscopes but also as stiff supports with degrees of flexibility in 2 directions.
